Although we had intended to canvas a number of real estate agents/firms, we were so impressed with our initial meeting with Luke, that we looked no further. From our first meeting, we felt that we were in “good hands”. Luke was willing to not only offer an objective opinion but also sought to incorporate our thoughts and opinions into our sales objectives. This included discussion into sales strategies, advertising, pricing and presentation. Within a negotiated time frame, our property had been photographed, advertising sign displayed and an impressive presentation launched on the Internet. Luke also explained that his company worked as a sales team and that all agents would inspect the property and be well versed by himself with regard to our sales objectives. Whenever an inspection was arranged, the visiting member of the sales team left a visiting card which was complimented by appropriate feedback. We were pleased to be able to rely upon Luke as our representative during these preliminary phases of the sale and always found his feedback to be of an informed nature. Most impressive of all, was the fact that within a very short time frame (three and a half weeks), the property was sold at a most attractive price.
