Gabrielle & I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation to Luke Veal for the caring & professional manner in which he oversaw the sale of our property in Mount Clear. Although we had intended to canvas a number of real estate agents/firms, we were so impressed with our initial meeting with Luke, that we looked no further. From our first meeting, we felt that we were in “good hands”. Luke was willing to not only offer an objective opinion but also sought to incorporate our thoughts and opinions into our sales objectives. This included discussion into sales strategies, advertising, pricing and presentation. Within a negotiated time frame, our property had been photographed, advertising sign displayed and an impressive presentation launched on the Internet. Luke also explained that his company worked as a sales team and that all agents would inspect the property and be well versed by himself with regard to our sales objectives. Whenever an inspection was arranged, the visiting member of the sales team left a visiting card which was complimented by appropriate feedback. We were pleased to be able to rely upon Luke as our representative during these preliminary phases of the sale and always found his feedback to be of an informed nature. Most impressive of all, was the fact that within a very short time frame (three and a half weeks), the property was sold at a most attractive price. Gabrielle’s family comes from a prominent Ballarat real estate background and she would like to compliment Luke and his team for their work. Over the years we have been involved in a number of property sales and purchases and can say without qualification, that this has been the easiest and most professional sale in which we have been involved.

We recently purchased an investment property through your company and we would have no hesitation in dealing with them again. The sales staff were pleasant and followed through on their promises. Other companies we have dealt with recently were not so reliable. For example, promised phone calls were not received and so they lost our business and subsequently a possible sale. Business manager, Angela Hayward was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She is a terrific asset to the company and deserves a pay rise.

Our house was sold recently by Luke Veal and we would be happy to recommend him to prospective vendors. He was professional at all times and kept us well informed. We felt that our house sold for a fair price and we were glad that Luke had not suggested a price that was either too high or too low. The photos taken of the house were very good and Luke inspired our confidence.

I began the process of selling my property by calling a handful of sales staff from different estate agencies with differing costs and different offers. Luke Veal is one agent I initially contacted but I chose to go with another estate agent. I didn’t feel terribly comfortable with them but chose to go with them initially because they didn’t charge advertising costs. The first issue was they didn’t fill out their own commission contract correctly and undercharged me their sum they would receive should the property sell. They became aware of this and from day one to day 90 of the exclusive sales rights of the property I felt the property didn’t receive the effort from the estate agent due to their own miscalculations. After the 90 days I called Luke Veal back to discuss the possibility of him taking on the property after no luck in the previous 90 days with the other estate agent. From the outset after the using the previous agent, Luke was honest and acted with integrity, he was open about the reservations he held about taking on my property that had no movement after a previous agent had it on their books. Luke’s professionalism made me comfortable and confident in the sales process. During the process Luke was very easy to communicate with professionally, he was always keen and positive and honest about the progress or lack of progress he had with interest in my property. He advised me upcoming advertising opportunities and open for inspections. The sale process of the property was an instance showed Luke’s extreme professionalism and experience, he kept me up to date and never once made me feel left out of the process. I wish I had have opted for Luke at the beginning when I decided to sell my property.
